Just amazing. How can I get there from Switzerland and see it with my eyes? Do you know the way to travvel and visti the cave?

Hello Vincente Marco,

the Hang Son Doong Cave is located in the Quang Binh Province in Vietnam, near border with Laos. The Quảng Bình Province is in the central of Vietnam so if you wanted to get there from Switzerland, you’d have to first take a plane to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City and take a train or a bus from there.

Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park within which the Hang Son Doong Cave is located is a UNESCO world heritage site. There are over 300 caves within the park, so there’s a lot to see and discover. Vietnam is an amazing country. I hope you can make the trip and share the pictures and experiences with us ;)
